FYRA will hold a special AGM meeting August 30 at 6:30pm in Willie O'Ree Room 1.

Monday, August 30 at 6:30pm at the upstairs room #1 at Willie O’Ree will be our “special” AGM.  This will be to ratify our by-laws and policies.  A copy of the by-laws showing what has changed and what has remained the same was sent out via email a few weeks ago.  If you would like to have another copy; please send myself an email and I will send it along to you.  If anyone would like to have any changes to that document, I would like to remind you that you have to forward your requests by email to Kim Currie at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it by 4pm on Friday, July 30, 2010.  I will send out the requests made along with the agenda sometime during the week of August 16.  There will be no requests to change the document allowed from the floor unless there is a change or a rebuttal to the motions that were presented.

Also, we still have the following positions up for bid…President, Early Bird Chair, Provincial Tournament Chair and Banquet Co-Ordinator.
